Who We Serve

Older Adults

As we grow older, many of us share the same goal: to remain in the comfort of our own homes, maintain our independence, and rely on the support of loved ones when needed. This is known as aging in place—and it’s a deeply valued choice for many older adults.

However, aging at home can also bring challenges. Concerns about safety, mobility, and managing daily routines are common for both seniors and their families. That’s why thoughtful planning and the right support are essential.

At Supportive Friends, we help make aging in place a safe, realistic, and fulfilling option by providing the personalized care and assistance needed to thrive at home.

Adults with Disabilities

At Supportive Friends, one of our core goals is to support long-term independence for adults living with disabilities. Through personalized, in-home care, we help individuals maintain autonomy while living comfortably in their own homes.

Our services are designed to promote self-sufficiency, respect personal choice, and empower clients to stay actively involved in their daily routines and care decisions. By fostering a supportive and familiar environment, we help make everyday life more manageable—and more meaningful.

We work closely with individuals and their families to develop customized care plans that address unique needs and preferences. Whether it’s assistance with mobility, daily tasks, or health-related support, our caregivers are here to help clients live safely, confidently, and with dignity.

Supporting Those that Care for Others

Caregiving is a deeply meaningful role—but it often comes with many demands. Between managing a loved one’s health and daily needs, balancing a career, and keeping up with personal responsibilities, caregivers can quickly become overwhelmed.

Without proper support, the emotional, physical, and mental strain can lead to burnout, exhaustion, and even serious health issues. The truth is, caregivers need care too.

At Supportive Friends, we recognize the unique challenges caregivers face. Whether you need time to rest, assistance with daily tasks, or simply someone to lean on, we’re here to provide the support you deserve—so you don’t have to navigate it all alone.
